Kiwi Movers - House move to Stroud from London.

These guys were brilliant - moved us on the snowiest, coldest day of the year with good humour and no complaints. Nothing was too much trouble for them - not even bulky piano.
Very efficient, careful and quick!

Very Disappointed.

Paintings damaged, huge chunks out of gold frame, antique suitcases ruined by gaffer tape. Tiffany lamps left as we had asked for light fittings to remain, one lamp delivered with a smashed shade. Items not removed from loft pace. Money taken from our bank without permission. We were told they have no responsibility because we the client weren't there on the removal day, we were already up North. They said we must pay a further £900 if we want our stuff.

Super movers.

I could not fault these guys. They were professional in every way, polite, clean, tidy and nothing was too much trouble. Everything arrived in tip top condition, as it left my original place. They even fixed a broken drawer and put my bed back together, it is divan style. They carried all tools necessary, in the event of any possible problem.
Tip top, super duper, and very reasonably priced. Thanks Kiwi, I would highly recommend them.

Very disappointed.

Very poor. Damaged items, items left behind & took payment without authorisation.
Can appreciate things don't always run smoothly but I've had no apology or explanation - just a number of poor excuses.
I am going to drive to London and back (a 600 mile plus round trip) to pick the remaining items up as that is easier & more pleasant that dealing with them again. And I hate driving!
I'd recommed avoiding this lot like the plague.

Ryan here, I'm the General Manager of Kiwi Movers. As expressed to Sian in response to her review about the same move, we are really sorry you had a bad experience with our removals service.

We've attempted to make contact with yourself and Sian a number of times in order to discuss a resolution, but haven't thus far been able to reach you. We know better than most how stressful moving house can be, even in the weeks after a move, so understand that you may not be able to discuss this matter over the phone at the moment. But please do rest assured that when it is convenient, we are keen to speak to you.

As you rightly point out, things don't always run smoothly and - despite our best efforts on the day - we are ready and willing to accept and remedy our shortcomings on this particular move. More care could have been taken when handling the items you mention and since some of these items had sentimental value, we are doubly sorry that they have been accidentally damaged during the move.

We have offered to pay for the damage to these items, but since you elected not take out our insurance, we can't process this until we hear back from you. However, we must point out that we feel some of the issues raised are the result of a misunderstanding between ourselves and third parties acting on your behalf, which sometimes does happen when the client isn't present on removal day.

As mentioned, we are keen to make this right and have attempted to contact you to discuss a resolution. Please get in touch when it is convenient to discuss.

Thank you Kiwi Movers.

I recently sold my property and had the headache of moving my 3 bed house across London. I was referred Kiwi Movers from a friend of mine who had used them previously. I called and booked in a on site survey with their surveyor Jake. On arrival Jake was extremely professional and deleivered a quote for my entire move on the same day.
On the day of the move the guys (all very friendly kiwi boys!) arrived on time and got straight into the work. The way the boys worked and got the job completed was second to none! It allowed me to concentrate on the finer details of my new home.
If moving home and you want a stres free ordeal, would happily reccomend Kiwi Movers to complete the job. Thanks again team Kiwi. .

Kiwi come to the rescue.

It was a Saturday and the rain was bucketing down. I had new tenants moving into a furnished flat in North London. However the new tenants turned up WITH all their OWN furniture. Due to a miscommunication we were not aware that the flat had to be unfurnished. We had to clear the flat of all our furniture, fast. Who do you turn to? My first thought was Kiwi Movers as we had used them in the past. They were unfazed by my emergency request. A calm Emma made a few calls and then sorted it all out. The moving guys collected the keys for the central London address where the furniture would be taken to, cleared the furniture from the north London flat, in the rain, delivered it to the central London flat and dropped the keys off at the estate agent – all within 2-3 hours of my call. Throughout there was a can-do attitude and never a single complaint. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services. Thank you so much for being accommodating and saving my sanity. All for a reasonable price too. Mary.

Couldn't have asked for better service.

Kiwi movers were excellent from my intial enquiry to my packing and storage (booked at short notice over the holidays, thanks to Regan), and follow up after the removal was done, by the ever helful Emma. They were at the house before their appinted time so no delays. I couldn’t have asked for nicer guys (Tane and Aaron) to do our packing, and they worked really hard to get everything done. They were meticulous, helpful, friendly, polite and reassuring. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

AMAZING service.

What can I say? These guys are the business. If you're moving house and you want a company to move you, go with Kiwi Movers. Even if you think you want to move yourself, don't bother, hire these guys. Super friendly, super hard working and all around top lads. Even at the end of the move when the person we were buying from hadn't removed any of the crap from the house they said they would, the guys stayed longer than advertised to help my wife and I break down all of the stuff and clear it all out. Cannot rate them highly enough. Thanks for making a potentially stressful day easier than I could've ever imagined. Richard.

Perfect service.

After hunting around for a good removals company and getting a few quotes, we decided to go with Kiwi Movers. They were really friendly and helpful on the phone and on email.

On the moving day, they did not disappoint. They were super friendly and helpful and nothing seemed too big of a task, never complaining or making a fuss.

We've had bad experiences with moving companies before and Kiwi Movers were an absolute breeze to deal with. I would definitely recommend them and already have a friend moving with them in a few weeks. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks for the great service!

As good as it gets!

We used Kiwi movers this week and they were just brilliant! Booking over the phone was easy, we then had a few quick emails back and forth to clarify things and then delightful Adam popped in to give us an estimate. I was dreading the actual move but I needn't have worried- they were true professionals. They worked at an incredible pace, with a bright positive attitude throughout. Everything was moved with care, nothing too much trouble and their enthusiasm was contagious. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing something moved!
